CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS Build Homes and Build Your Business Team
Sponsor a House - All, half, or a quarter of $60,000 For example, GE Fanuc employees and retirees raised the funds and built a home with the Nagera family, completed in spring of 2003, on Secretary Sands Road in Albemarle County. Bank of America financially sponsored a home in 2004. Sponsoring one-half ($30,000) or one-quarter ($15,000) of a house is also an option. Habitat works very flexibly to coordinate sponsors and their volunteers to build homes, as well as to provide construction supervision, if needed.
Be the Corporate Partner for a House - $5,000 donation Your company will become the exclusive Corporate Financial Partner for a house, receiving primary recognition in a sign on the site, as well as publicity in the Greene County Record and Habitat publications. We encourage you to provide a team of volunteers on a selected Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Habitat will work with you to coordinate and supervise volunteers, ensuring a good team-building experience. Be a Builder Partner for a House
- donation of building components and/or construction support Your company will be recognized on the building site, in the Greene County Record, and in Habitat publications. Our objective is to encourage plumbers, electrical contractors, truss suppliers, lumber companies, heating and air conditioning companies and construction companies who could provide supervision for a house or several houses.
